Dr. James Warr is a dedicated family physician with the Lincoln Paden Medical Group, where he has been serving patients since 2009. He brings a strong background in comprehensive medical care.
Dr. Warr earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine after completing both his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Tennessee. He went on to complete his Family Practice Residency at UT Family Medicine in Jackson, Tennessee, where he developed a special interest in providing patient-centered, preventive care.

Dr. Lance Lincoln, MD - Internal Medicine
Dr. Lance Lincoln is a trusted internist with the Lincoln Paden Medical Group, where he has been caring for patients since 1990. With more than three decades of experience, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care that supports long-term health and well-being.
Dr. Lincoln earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he also completed his Internal Medicine Residency. Before attending medical school, he received his undergraduate degree from Arkansas Tech University.
Dr. Cara Ballard, MD - Family Medicine
Dr. Cara Ballard is a family physician with the Lincoln Paden Medical Group, joining the team in 2024. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and enjoys working with individuals and families to promote health and wellness across all stages of life.
Dr. Ballard earned her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She went on to complete her Family Medicine Residency at UAMS AHEC in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where she gained extensive experience in both preventive care and the management of chronic conditions.
As the newest member of Lincoln Paden Medical Group, Dr. Ballard is excited to build strong relationships within the community and continue the practice’s tradition of trusted, high-quality care.
Kimberly Peters, APRN - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Kimberly Peters is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with the Lincoln Paden Medical Group, where she has been providing care since 2012. She is committed to delivering personalized, compassionate healthcare and works closely with patients to support their wellness and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
Kimberly earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado before completing her graduate studies at Missouri State University, where she advanced her training in nursing and patient care.
